“BIM Application For Industrial Construction” Online Seminar.

The R&D team of Vina Takeuchi took part in an online session titled "BIM Application for Industrial Construction," which was conducted by Colorbond Steel in partnership with NS BlueScope Vietnam and the Institute of Construction Economics. Over the course of five knowledge sharing sessions held from early November to early December, various topics related to BIM were covered, including discussions on the definition of BIM, current BIM standards, and common challenges faced when implementing BIM in industrial projects. As a result, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the practical application of BIM in Vietnam and globally.

Vina Takeuchi employees also reflected on the opinions of seasoned professionals from major corporations, "In comparison to the prevailing state of BIM in Vietnam, our organization is nascent and devoid of substantial expertise; however, we have made preliminary progress in the areas of design, estimation, and construction drawing through the implementation of the TNF method on the foundation. This serves as a catalyst and a firm foundation for the advancement of more robust BIM implementations within the Vina Takeuchi organization and the Takeuchi Group as a whole."
