Design: Structural design, architectural design for civil and industrial construction (using BIM in design); Application of FEM (finite element analysis) in foundation design, TNF design.
Construction management: Management of civil and industrial construction applying TNF technology, implementation of construction documents and drawings for projects using TNF method (using BIM, Autocad, jw_cad, etc.).
Estimation: Quantity calculation, cost estimation for construction projects using TNF exclusive technology, civil and industrial projects (using BIM in estimation).
BIM: Application of BIM in design, cost estimation, and construction. Research and development of BIM applications in Construction.

After being selected, candidates will work at VINA TAKEUCHI and take part in Japanese language training up to N3 level. The Japanese language training program will be provided by the company. After obtaining the JLPT N3 certificate, the company will evaluate the following factors to consider recommending candidates for work or training in Japan: ① Work capacity ② Japanese language proficiency ③ Personnel needs in each department (Details will be discussed directly during the interview)
