Shock absorption effect for buildings.

T-BAGS Seismic Base Isolation Method uses two, layered sand bags with a special sheet placed in between them under the floor and foundation.

In the event of an earthquake, the sand bags are able to freely slide and absorb the vibrations.

Concept of safe and secure T-BAGS base isolation method

Cannot be secured with “Will not damage / Will not collapse”.
We mush minimizing the impact of earthquakes to the lowest possible level.

Frost-heaving countermeasure for freezer warehouse

T-BAGS act as a measure to prevent freezing of the ground beneath the freezer warehouse.
(When the ground freezes due to cold air, it will increase the volume of the soil, causing detrimental uplift effects on the building structure).

Demonstration of Frost-heaving countermeasure effectiveness

Verified the frost-heaving countermeasure effectiveness by temperature and air flow analysis.

T-BAGS application in Vietnam

Strong domestic demand and the expansion of e-commerce are the main driving forces propelling the growth of the cold storage industry. However, the cold storage market in Vietnam is now in its nascent stage, with limited capacity that falls short of meeting the existing demand.

In addition, the complexity of the cold storage operating system requires higher investment capital and operating costs than conventional types of warehouses. Therefore, cold storage facilities invested in systematic design and construction, optimizing operating shall gain a competitive edge over traditional rivals and attract further investment from larger enterprises in the future.

T-BAGS construction method has outstanding advantages, including no need to arrange a ventilation system, helping to reduce maintenance costs for cold storage and optimize construction costs.

Other technology

TNF is an exclusive foundation construction technology with low cost, rapid construction time, and numerous other outstanding advantages.

TNF-DD foundation technology is an improvement from TNF-D technology, at a lower price, safer and more secure.

WT is an exclusive construction method for renovating underground areas to create water tanks.
